At Colorcastic, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our artists invest significant time and effort in creating each custom piece, so our policy is designed to protect this commitment while addressing any concerns you may have.

Review Process:

  • If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Provide clear photos or detailed descriptions of the aspects you would like reviewed or revised.
  • We will work closely with you to address your concerns and make the necessary adjustments to your product.

Return & Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund only before the preview is sent to you. Once the preview is provided, if you are not satisfied with the design and still wish to cancel, a 30% fee will be charged as compensation.
  • After you approve the preview, we will no longer accept returns or issue refunds, as the product will then proceed to final production.
  • If your product arrives damaged or there are any missing items, we will resend it free of charge until you receive it in perfect condition.
  • Colorcastic reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
